A CRM built for how your Australian business works.

Stop paying per seat, in US dollars, for software that doesn't fit. We build a CRM around your workflow, host it in Australia, connect it to Xero or MYOB, and hand you the keys.

What Australian clients get

  • Your data stays in Australia

We host your CRM in Australian data centres (Sydney) by default, so client records never leave the country unless you want them to.

  • Built around the Privacy Act

Access controls, audit logs, consent records and data export are designed in from day one to help you meet the Australian Privacy Principles.

  • Xero, MYOB and local tools

Invoices, payments and contacts sync with the accounting and job tools Australian businesses already use, without a connector subscription in the middle.

  • AUD, GST and local time

Quotes in Australian dollars plus GST, invoices from an ABN, and a team on Australian business hours who answer the phone.

Where most Australian teams get stuck

Paying US prices per seat

Salesforce, HubSpot and Monday.com bill per user, often in US dollars, so every new hire and every exchange-rate dip costs you more.

Spreadsheets holding the business together

Leads in one sheet, jobs in another, invoices in Xero, and one person who knows how it all fits. When they're on leave, things slip.

Software built for someone else

Generic CRMs assume a US sales team. You end up working around fields, stages and reports that don't match how Australian businesses actually run.

FAQ

Questions Australian businesses ask

Do you work with Australian businesses directly?

Yes. Our Australian team is based in New South Wales and works with businesses across the country. You get quotes in AUD plus GST, an Australian ABN on every invoice and a phone number you can call during Australian business hours.

Where is our data stored?

In Australian data centres in Sydney by default. If you have a reason to store data elsewhere, we'll discuss it with you first. Either way, you own the data and can export all of it at any time.

Does it work with Xero and MYOB?

Yes. Xero and MYOB are the integrations we're asked for most. Contacts, invoices, quotes and payment status sync both ways, so your team stops copying details between systems.

How does the cost compare with Salesforce or HubSpot?

Off-the-shelf CRMs charge per user, every month, often in US dollars. A custom CRM is a one-off build plus optional support, with no per-seat fees. For teams of ten or more, most clients break even within 12 to 18 months.

Can you help us meet the Privacy Act?

We build in the controls the Australian Privacy Principles expect: role-based access, audit logs, consent records, secure storage and the ability to find, export or delete a person's data on request. We're not lawyers, so we'll work alongside your adviser on policy.

Do you visit in person?

Most projects run by video call, which keeps costs down for clients anywhere in Australia. For larger builds, we can arrange on-site workshops at the start of the project.

What does ongoing support cost?

Support is optional and billed monthly, typically A$750 - A$3,000 a month plus GST depending on the size of the system. It covers fixes, security updates, small changes and a regular review.
