What if our needs fall between two tiers?
These tiers are guidelines, not rigid packages. Every project is scoped based on your actual requirements. If you need Foundation-level complexity but with 4 integrations instead of 2, we'll quote that specifically. The discovery call determines the real scope.
Do you charge for additional users?
Never. One of the biggest advantages of custom CRM is zero per-seat fees. Your 5th user costs the same as your 500th: nothing extra. The system is yours.
What's the payment structure?
Typical structure is 40% upfront, 30% at midpoint milestone, and 30% at launch. For larger projects, we can structure payments across more milestones. We're flexible. The goal is a structure that works for both sides.
