How It Works

We build a custom Teams app using the Microsoft Graph API and Bot Framework that integrates directly with your CRM. CRM events push Adaptive Card messages to the right Teams channels with action buttons for common responses (assign, follow up, approve). We can also integrate Teams meeting data, linking call logs and notes back to CRM contact records. The integration respects your Microsoft 365 admin policies and security requirements out of the box.
