Microsoft 365 CRM Integration
Sync Outlook email, calendar, and OneDrive with your CRM for automatic activity logging and document management.
If your organization runs on Microsoft 365, your CRM needs to integrate deeply with it, not just offer a basic Outlook plugin that crashes twice a week. We build a proper integration using the Microsoft Graph API that captures email conversations, calendar events, OneDrive documents, and Teams activity on CRM records automatically. Your team keeps working in Outlook, and the CRM stays current without anyone manually logging activities.
What We Connect with Microsoft 365
Specific data points and features we sync between Microsoft 365 and your custom CRM. Not a generic connector that maps name and email and calls it done.
- Outlook emails automatically logged on CRM contact and deal records
- Calendar events with CRM contacts synced to deal activity timelines
- OneDrive and SharePoint documents linked to CRM deal records
- Outlook contact changes synced bi-directionally with CRM
- Teams meeting notes and recordings attached to CRM records
- Excel and Power BI pulling live CRM data for management reporting
How It Works
We build on the Microsoft Graph API with proper Azure AD authentication to create a server-side integration that captures activity across Outlook, Calendar, OneDrive, and Teams. Emails sent to or received from CRM contacts are logged automatically. Calendar events are matched and linked. Documents in OneDrive/SharePoint are associated with the right deals. The integration runs within your Microsoft 365 tenant's security boundary and respects your existing compliance and data governance policies.
